Displays a heading.

Usage

{{heading|title|image|c=#HEX}}

Unnamed Parameter 1

The title of the heading.

Unnamed Parameter 2

An image for the header (which is displayed on the right).

Parameter "c"

By adding a hex value with a # changes the headers colors
