  • The chances are as follows:

• Book of Virtues: Spawns a rotten heart wisp that has a 15% chance to shoot poison tears.
• File:Judas.png Judas + Birthright: When a Blue Fly spawns, it has a 25% chance to be replaced by a Locust of Pestilence.
• File:Abyss.png Abyss: The locust produced by Suspicious Heart has a 5% chance to inflict poison when hitting enemies.
