Kindness is a mini-boss in the mod God's Gambit, and is the virtuous counterpart to Envy.
Behavior
- Kindness slowly floats around the room diagonally, bouncing off the walls.
- 4 perpendicular rays of light constantly rotate around Kindness. After a couple seconds, Kindness' expression changes from a frown to a smile and the rays of light turn into laser beams that can hurt Isaac. The laser beams disappear after another couple seconds as Kindness' face turns back into a frown, and the cycle repeats.

- Kindness' expressions are a reference to the Awesome Face, also known as "epic smiley".
- Kindness having the chance to drop a Gold Heart is a reference to the expression "a heart of gold".
- Kindness is a personification of one of the Seven Heavenly Virtues. Kindness is described as the ability to show feelings of consideration and concern for others, and is typically followed by acts of generosity or offerings of assistance.
