|
|

Bubba
|
|
- Guards in place.
- Chases Isaac, attempting to line up cardinally and pound Isaac with a pipe.

Guzzle

- Walks slowly
- Shoots a barrage of tears directed at Isaac.
|
Tubular
|
|
- Wades about in pits.
- Shoots a piece of scrap at the ceiling, causing a pipe to fall near Isaac and splash tears upon impact with the ground.

|
|

Steamling
|
|
- Floats randomly around the room.
- Fires an uneven spread of 3 steam projectiles at Isaac.

|
|
- Chases the player, turning slowly.
- Leaves a trail of steam projectiles as it moves.
|
Effervescent
|
|
- Bounces diagonally around the room.
- Occasionally disappears, leaving a ring of 6 steam projectiles before appearing somewhere else in the room.

Teddy
|
|
- Floats towards Isaac, spraying a short jet of steam while turning slowly.
- Once it's skinsuit breaks, it spawns a burst of steam projectiles. Runs away frantically trying to find a new skinsuit to wear.
|
Whistleblower
|
|
- Shoots a ring of steam projectiles in a slow, orbiting pattern.
- If Isaac gets close, it sprays 4 jets of steam in the cardinal directions.
|
Mulliboil
|
|
- Avoids Isaac.
- Spawns Puffs.
- On death, explodes and spawns 2 more Puffs.
|
Broil
|
|
- Wanders around.
- Stops to boil the water around it, creating a damaging circle and pops bubbles to shoot arcing projectiles.
|
Steamed Ham
|
|
- Shoots 4 steam projectiles that move in a sine wave pattern.
|
Sourdough
|
|
- Stationary and unkillable.
- Puffs up and farts, pushing away steam projectiles and nearby enemies.
- On room clear, splashes into the water and shoots projectiles.
|
Charboy
|
|
- Appears randomly out of wall furnaces.
- Spits a coal projectile that bounces and creates steam projectiles upon contact with the water.
- The coal projectile leaves an extinguishable flame in dry rooms.
|
Hotshot
|
|
- Stationary.
- Fires arcing projectiles that leave boiling creep.
- Taking damage causes it to heat up and shoot faster.
|
Raspberry
|
|
- Wanders around, attempts to inhale nearby steam projectiles.
- Spits a continuous volley of boiling projectiles depending on the number of steam projectiles it inhaled.

Rascal
|
|
- Continually spawns in minecarts out of special minecart doors.
- Sometimes shoots a projectiles, spits a bomb, or jumps out of the minecart to chase Isaac on foot.
|
Prospector
|
|
- Wanders around, breaking rocks with its pick-axe.
- Chases Isaac, attempting to line up cardinally and whack Isaac with its pick-axe.
- Its attack fires 4 rock projectiles in an X pattern on impact, or a ring of 8 projectiles if it breaks a rock.
|
Dirt Digger
|
|
- Segmented Larry-like enemy.
- Digs into the wall, appearing elsewhere at charging speeds.
|
Garden
|
|
- Bounces diagonally around the room. Passively spawns Flies, and sheds Fly Bombs when damaged.
- After taking enough damage, it grows legs and chases Isaac at high speeds.
- Cannot be killed, dies when the room is cleared.

|
|
- Chases Isaac.
- Emerges from a mud pit when Isaac steps on the mud pit it is occupying.
- Alternatively, emerges once all other enemies are killed.

Muck Worm
|
|
- Appears from mud pits and fires a burst of mud projectiles at Isaac.
- Chases Isaac while they are stepping in the mud pit they are occupying.
|
Mudpie
|
|
- Dump variant that creates slowing mud creep.
- While in head form, targets mud pits to reform a new body for itself.
|
Mud Fly
|
|
- Fly variant, resistant to knockback and flies in an imprecise manner.
- Turns into a Swarm Fly on death.
|
Spore Fly
|
|
- Mud Fly infected by spores.
- Fires an arcing spore projectile on death.
|
Robert
|
|
- Danny variant that shoots mud projectiles and spawns Mud Flies.
|
Bobert
|
|
- Robert infected by spores.
- Shoots spore projectiles and spawns Spore Flies.
|
Popcaps
|
|
- Cluster of stationary mushrooms that act as background decorations.
- When infected by spores, sprouts from the ground and bounces around randomly.
- Creates a small spore explosion on death.
|
Gluey
|
|
- One Tooth infected by spores.
- Dashes twice in succession.
- Creates a spore explosion on death.
|
Puff Bat
|
|
- Fat Bat infected by spores.
- Releases a burst of homing spores that create small spore explosions on death.
- Creates a large spore explosion on death.
|
Braapinfly
|
|
- Dragon Fly variant that bounces diagonally in an uneven manner.
- On death, shoots a wave of spore explosions in a + or x pattern.
|
Hyph Man
|
|
- Wanders around aimlessly.
- Once disturbed, all Hyph Men in the room will chase Isaac for a short period.
|
Hypher Man
|
|
- Wanders around aimlessly.
- Once disturbed, chases Isaac at high speeds and explodes once in range.
- This explosion triggers all Hyph Men in the room.
|
Fungori
|
|
- Wanders around the room, planting dormant mushrooms in the ground.
- Once disturbed, all planted mushrooms will explode and leave behind a cluster of floating projectiles. Chases Isaac for a short period.
|
Level 2 Mushroom
|
|
- Stationary. Resistant to damage while closed.
- Occasionally opens up, firing a line of 3 projectiles in cardinal or diagonal directions, in addition to a cluster of floating projectiles.
- Spawns a burst of floating projectiles on death.
|
Bustler
|
|
- Stationary. Carries a green aura which gradually grants other enemies a shield up to 10 additional HP.
- Retaliates from damage by firing a single homing spore.
|
Creecher
|
|
- Mole variant. Burrows around the room, creating mud tiles in positions that it occupies.
- If spooked by the player, will jump to nearby position, creating an additional mud tile.
|
Toast
|
|
- Invulnerable to damage unless its underside is exposed.
- Leaps towards the player, landing on its head and shooting projectiles in the cardinal directions.
- Upon landing in a mud pit, shoots a ring of 8 mud projectiles and becomes stunned for a moment.
|
Bogfish
|
|
- Disguised as a Cattail in mud pits.
- Once aligned with Isaac, will emerge and charge in a cardinal direction.
- Shoots mud projectiles and creates mud pits while charging.
|
Nutcase
|
|
- Wanders around the room, attempting to charge at Isaac. Highly resistant to damage.
- Upon stepping in a mud pit, sinks down and becomes rooted in place.
- Becomes vulnerable while rooted. Occasionally shoots a single projectile at Isaac in this state.
|
Graspy
|
|
- Moves around by extending its thorny limbs, grabbing onto solid grids.
- Its limbs block projectiles and deal damage upon contact.
- Only the head is vulnerable. Retaliates by firing a single projectile at Isaac.
|
Skeeter
|
|
- Flies around, targeting other enemies to consume their fluids.
- While filled, slowly chases Isaac and shoots a burst of projectiles.
- Has alternate behavior depending on the type of enemy it consumes from.
|
