Healing Spell is an active item added in v1.0 of Battle Fantasy.
Effect
- Restores 1 full
Red Heart - If used at full health, instead gives the following stats which decay over the course of 40 seconds:
Notes
- Using the item while you have stats from this item will reset the stat boosts to their full amount instead of giving additional stats.
Interactions
- File:Car Battery.png Car Battery: No additional effect when used at full health.
- File:Judas.png Judas +
Birthright: If Healing Spell heals a Red Heart, it also gives a half 
Black Heart. - Natalie's Ribbon: Gives an additional
Half Soul Heart, whether Isaac is at full health or not.
Trivia
- The item is based off of the Heal More spell from the Epic Battle Fantasy series.
- The interaction with Natalie's Ribbon is a reference to this spell being predominantly used by the Natalie character.
