Fast Die is an active item added in v1.0 of Battle Fantasy.

Effect

• Rerolls all items in the room.
• Each item pedestal in the room has a 20% chance to be duplicated.
  • Only one item pedestal can be duplicated per usage.
  • Duplication happens after the item has been rerolled.
• Has a chance to use this item 5 times instead, with a 10% chance to duplicate items instead of 20%. If this triggers, Fast Die is consumed.
  • The chance for this effect to occur is equal to 6% + 4% for each item in the room.
  • After Fast Die is consumed, it has a 25% chance to spawn in the starting room of a future floor.

Interactions

• File:Car Battery.png Car Battery: Does not reroll items twice. Two items in the room have a chance to be duplicated.
• File:Judas.png Judas + Birthright: 33% chance to duplicate an item in the room if used in the File:Devil Room.png Devil Room.
• File:Abyss.png Abyss: Spawns an electric cyan locust that moves 25% faster.

Trivia

• This item is a reference to the Speed Die present in many variants of the board game Monopoly, which was made with the intent to make the game faster.
  • In most editions of Monopoly, the original Speed Die is red, but Fast Die was made blue to better differentiate it from File:The D6.png The D6.
