Eve's Prayer Card is a hidden joke item added in v1.0 of Battle Fantasy.
Effect
- Removes 1 red heart container from the player.
- If the player has 1 red heart or less, Isaac will play his thumbs up animation instead.
Trivia
- This item can only be spawned through the debug console or replicated by Metronome. It does not appear in any pools and does not spawn in the Death Certificate rooms.
- Its sprite is a pallete swap of File:Prayer Card.png Prayer Card.
- The item is based on this Reddit post, where a player played a run as Eve while using Prayer Card and Pyromaniac. The post got criticized in its comment section and the official Isaac Discord for not being seen as the optimal way to play a run as Eve.
