Chance Card is an active item added in v1.0 of Battle Fantasy.
Effect
- Activates the effect of a random Card.
- Different card types are rarer than others. The chances are as follows:

Interactions
Book of Virtues: Spawns an orange card wisp that has a 1.5% chance per Chance Card wisp you have to activate the effect of a random Tarot Card when killing an enemy. This cannot activate cards that teleport the player to a different room.- File:Abyss.png Abyss: The locust produced by Chance Card has a 20% chance to either spawn a temporary
Half Red Heart, 
Half Soul Heart, File:Penny.png Penny, 
Bomb, or 
Key, deal 15 damage to all enemies in the room, spawn 4 Homing tears, deal 30 damage to all enemies near the locust, or spawn a 
Troll Bomb.

- Chance Card is a reference to the board game Monopoly, which inspired the randomness of the item.
